Leodas Search Group (www.LeodasGroup.com) is a boutique retained executive search firm in Cambridge, MA and New York City that helps the country’s top non-profit organizations (mostly universities and academic medical centers) recruit talented professionals to raise private funds. Our firm seeks an Executive Recruiter to join a team of four recruiters and 3 other professionals on a wide range of search assignments.

Requirements/qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support the growth of our business. We require candidates with retained—rather than contingent—search experience.

The hire will possess:
• Exceptional candidate development and assessment skills.
• Passionate interest in non profit and mission-driven organizations.
• High levels of personal organization and self-motivation.
• Intellectual curiosity and sophistication.
• Comfort juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
• The ability to quickly produce clearly and well-written documents.
• Experience working in deadline driven environments.
