Support & Scheduling Help
Expert I.T. Solutions is an on-site technical support company specializing in small and medium sized business' computer, networking and server needs. We need someone with a background in computers to help us answer our phones.
The situation: We've come to the point where we have realized that our on-site technicians really shouldn't be answering incoming customer calls.
We would like to pay someone to babysit our phones during the day. We aren't especially busy, we usually get under 5-10 calls per day. Those calls are very important to us though, and we hate to miss them. The number of calls per day is growing steadily too. The calls tend to last about 5 minutes each.
