Disease Management Registered Nurse

Working primarily in your home, you will provide Disease Management education services via telephone to your patient load.
Working with Medicaid Members with chronic conditions such as Asthma, diabetes, congestive heart failure, COPD, CAD, etc.
We are looking for RN's
Bilingual Candidates preferred

Job Requirements

FL State Registered Nursing License.
• Active & Clean Registered Nursing License
• Home Office Compliant with HIPPA Regulations
High Speed Internet (DSL or CABLE ONLY!)
Dedicated Phone line (not your cell phone)
• 17” computer monitor that is not a lap top
• Flexible Hours
MUST LIVE IN THE STATE OF FL.
