Technical Illustrator

Creating a presentation and need possibly 3 technical drawings created. I would like a traditional "hand drawn look" combined with 3d elements that photoshop can create. I would like to send you a sample of the style I am looking for.

The illustrations will be an overhead topographical map of a neighborhood showing some highlighted houses. A 3/4 view of this same neighborhood, and a "cutaway" view of one street to show the basements and land below.

Detail does not have to be great...actually prefer the "sketched" look, but would like the shading and perspective to look good. Hopefully the sample helps explain more.

These will ultimately be used in flash to create animation on top of them to show waterflow and other things, so I would like them created in photoshop so I can make adjustments if needed.

Please give me a rough idea of time, cost and some samples of similar work.
