Home Based Office Assistant

Home Services company needs Office Assistant for general daily tasks. Part-time work to start for 15-20 hours weekly. We do not have an office for you to come in to so you must be able to work from home. We will give you an office e-mail address and cell phone to use.

Requirements:
- Must have your own computer with cable or DSL internet connection
- Must have MS Word and MS Excel computer programs
- Must be at least 18 years old and legal to work in U.S.
- Must type at least 35 wpm
- Must have "can-do" attitude
- Most important: must be able to stay on task and follow-through

Daily tasks will include:
- Answering incoming Customer calls
- Take or forward phone messages as needed
- Communicate with our field service reps as needed
- Use our online calendar
- Schedule jobs using our online scheduling system

You will have access to sensitive and confidential information and you will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

   
   


  • Location: Phoenix-metro
  • Compensation: $8/hr
