Personal Assistant

I'm a new Mom and just moved back to the Miami-Dade area so in addition to my business related responsibilities I also have to find an apartment, a new pediatrician, get furniture, etc...

I need someone who is available to work approximately 10 hours per week. Although all tasks will have deadlines, the schedule is flexible so you can set your own hours. Most tasks will be web-related. You may need to make some phone calls so I'd reimburse you for such expenses.

The ideal person is trust worthy, conscientious, detail-oriented, internet savvy, with great oral and written communication skills. MUST HAVE PERSONAL COMPUTER and HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS and FAX. Knowledge of Excel a plus.

Sample Tasks include:

1- Research Pediatricians
2- Apartment Hunting
3- Look for furniture & baby stuff on craigslist
4- Organize information from MS Word into Excel
