Writing Assistant/Researcher

I have a weekly online column featuring a different artist every week (The artists can be anywhere). I bank the articles in advance and each column is an interview with an artist who is having a show at that time. I need someone who is good at

1) Organization (updating excel file)
2) Professional Experience-
Can Correspond on my behalf with gallery directors and artists and emailing interview questions and cc'ing me on everything
3) Research-- Cursory Research
4) Writing-- Need a good proofreader, has good ideas.

I envision that this will be 10-20 hours/month

MUST
- have minimum College Degree
- have love for Art
BONUS--
- Art History Background
- English or Creative Writing Major
