Appointment Setter-$15/hour

Strategic Business Systems LLC., is seeking an individual to work PART time calling, emailing and setting appointments from home. The hours are very flexible between 7am to 5pm PST… you choose. The calls are very professional as they are to the top 1000 life insurance agents offices in the USA. We serve the financing loan needs of these top agents and their clients are the affluent seniors.

Our Management team and President are extremely talented at converting appointments into get deals sent in for us to close on so bonuses get paid. It is what we live for. Unique…High… Compensation: Earn $15 per hour + $200 or $350 or $500 per sale when the sales person closes the sale (more sales per month the bonus goes up). What is unique about your compensation is that you will get these bonuses for the entire life of the new life agent closes business with our firm… as long as you are working with our company, minimum 2 hours per day/ 30 calls/emails/voicemails per day… Imagine… you can finally build yourself a sizable residual income stream that is not based on your hourly efforts, but rather on an entire team working to close the business from your very first appointments. This can add up to tens of thousands of dollars per year from only 2 hours a day of appointment setting … that is leveraging your time and talent… so we only want a few select…very talented appointment setters to add to our team and work with our Sales Managers.
What the job is:

The calls are relatively easy as we have the lists and scripts. Many of the calls are voice mails and adding info to the data base from questions you ask the office staff. After every call / voicemail you will send an email. The data base is on line in the program … SALES FORCE. COM. Any background in this program or another similar one, like ACT, Goldmine would be necessary
Our Product/Service:

We represent the banks that have the funding to complete various financial transactions so the life insurance agents offices you call are generally interested in the appointment with our company President to learn how they can use this financing to help their clients buy life insurance and thus the agents can earn very large commissions.
The $1,000,000+ income earning agents are very busy (book “Selling VITO”), getting through to them is difficult (book “The Power to Get in”)…SBS is somewhat choosy about who we want to do this business with so we need your help in calling these offices to set up qualified appointments so we can select the correct type of ultra successfully life insurance agents to work with.
Your job specifically :

To merely call these offices, speak to the top administrative staff, make notes of who they are, etc in the data base, leave voice mail for the top agent and send follow up emails after each call. This will ultimately result in a set appointments between the Presidents of both companies. Call scripts, voice mail scripts, email letters, all loaded into SALESFORCE.COM are all provided for you already. You will be filling out a daily report for your hours and faxing / emailing them in. We will expect you, like other expert appointment setters to average 15 calls/ voicemails/ emails sent every hour = 30 in 2 hours completed. Being efficient and effective is important to your success in building your appointment sales pipeline.

Training you to be successful is very easy:
Your Sales Manager has a remote training program to mail you, there are cassettes to listen to as you review the 30 page manual and an NCA/NDA to sign. Live training on the phone, you listen to the Manager make calls daily until you get the feeling for the easy to read 45 second long voicemail scripts, then he listens to you make calls daily and then your ready to do it on your own… it is that simple. You will log all your calls/ results on a daily tick sheet and into Sales Force.com to track all results.

Your Income:
* Hourly Pay is $15 per hr for 2 hours a day. You can grow your hours based on your ratio of calls to appointments set. You are in control of your income short and long term.
* Bonuses are $200 or $350 or $500 per sale when they close… it is a long selling cycle 90 days or more, but if you work daily and build your appointment pipeline then you can earn these bonuses on every sale that is made from the agent you brought to do business with us. It is like building an residual income and there is a financial incentive for you to continue working with us for many years in the future. You can always take vacation time as you choose…just work closely with your manager so they can cover your call/email pipeline.

Your Previous Job Experience:
1. Must be responsible to make your calls, update the data base, keep track of your activity using a daily tick sheet system, have an positive, friendly way about you that make admin staff and the top life insurance agent (who earns over $1mm per year) want to talk to you and be interested in your unique financing products/services. There is… NO HARD PRESSURE…in this appointment setting process. It is just not necessary. Just be “pleasantly persistent” and good at timely follow up. Being organized and professional is important. We need to gain their trust and then they will do the business with us.

2. Need your own computer. Experience in SALESFORCE.COM / ACT / Goldmine is necessary.

3. You must have at least 5 years of doing various telemarketing work in the past. Prefer if you have worked from home many of these years and have a “stable” office environment (sounds from Dogs/ children/ computer internet works regularly/ quality computer- no crashing/ etc). Does not really matter what you have sold or set appointments for, just the fact you were successful at your company and have a reference(s) to prove it.
