Technical Support Engineer

About You


Candidates should have a professional demeanor, self motivated, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and strong multi-tasking and follow through skills.

The PC Support Specialist will be able to perform the following functions:

Remote PC support experience, over the phone, remote desktop
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair computer issues
Install computers, printers, peripherals and software
Troubleshoot Windows XP, Vista
Teach clients how to use hardware and software
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Windows
Prefer a Bachelors degree or equivalent and two years of related experience and/or training. Microsoft, CompTia (A+/Network+), or vendor certifications are a plus.
