Programmer Needed for Wordpress Project

We are a web marketing / development consulting company looking for a programmer for a specific scope of work with the potential to work with us on a continuous project-to-project basis.

We have a form that we built for another client, which is ready-to-use, including a very thorough form validation script. The form is built in HTML and the script is Javascript.

The scope of work for this includes:
- Making small adjustments to the homepage inclduing some content/images and a "Quick Estimate" form (which we will design and provide you with PSD files)
- Modifying two pre-existing forms, a quick estimate and a full estimate form.
- Linking the Quick Estimate form on the homepage to the estimate form such that input in the first will display in the second.

We would like to complete the work for approximately $50 - $100. Please let us know your cost and time estimates. Please note that we would like to complete this ASAP. Again, let me reiterate that we are looking for a programmer for a very specific scope and we have an ongoing need for a programmer.
