Georgia Based Property/Casualty Insurance Recruiter - Virtual/Work from Home/Telecommute - Travelers Insurance

This is a permanent position with a base salary + up to a 20% bonus and full benefits





SUMMARY: We are seeking to hire an internal partner with search firm recruiting experience to assist the field team in further developing an internal talent pool for Business and Personal Line clientele (all non-claim careers) throughout Georgia.


PRIMARY DUTIES:
Perform full-life cycle recruiting (source, interview, extend and negotiate offers) for primarily non-exempt careers.


Research and develop strategic solutions that will attract and maintain high quality candidates and build a pipeline for future needs.


REQUIREMENTS:

5-7 years of experience recruiting (a minimum of two years within a search firm) Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable
College degree or equivalent experience
Understanding of legal and ethical guidelines of recruitment
Ability to succeed in a metrics driven organization
