Customer Evaluation Calls From Home

StorageAid is recruiting people to conduct sales evaluation calls of self storage facilities in the US. We are a new start-up company, based out of Southern California (US) that provides self storage training, as well as mystery shop evaluation calls.

We're currently looking for someone to make telephone mystery shops from their home. This person would be calling a self storage business posing as a customer, ask questions about their product, and record the call digitally via their computer. Afterwards, you would email us the call for evaluation.

What you would need:

- Computer with a sound card
- Some Skype experience a plus (but not required)
- Ability to speak and read English fluently
- Some computer skills (to be able to email MP3's, how to install Skype on your computer, etc.)
- Broadband connection (i.e. dsl or cable)
- A quiet environment to make the call
- A computer (phone) headset
- Able to make calls from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PT (Los Angeles time-zone)

What you would be doing:

- Record calls digitally as MP3's
- Grade the calls based on a set criteria as provided by the customer
- Upload the calls and the evaluations to a password protected website that the customer can access

We will provide you Skype minutes to make the calls, training, and any other miscellaneous software required to record the calls.

This position is currently part-time, and would be filled by someone as an independent contractor / freelance. As we take on more business, we look forward to having our team members work full time, if they so choose.
