Spanish Speaker/Research

I am looking for someone to do research for me. I will pay this person 150 to 300 dollars, based on the quality and quantity of his or her work, to search for public domain foreign language programs that teach English to Spanish speakers.

This person must speak both English and Spanish fluently. Preferably this person will be a native Spanish speaker.

Strong written communication skills required.

If this person does good work, there will be addition work in the future.

I am looking for a public domain Spanish to English language program that has lessons on CD or MP3. My goal is to help the Spanish speaking community, both documented and undocumented, learn to speak English. I will be selling MP3 players loaded with language programs similar to the Pimsleur or Rosetta Stone series. The business model, at this point, is to sell the first lesson and the MP3 player for $25, and then to sell each additional lesson for the price of $5 or $10 dollars. The customer will not need to own a computer. I am working with a manufacturer in Asia who is able to produce MP3 players very inexpensively.

Your role is to find quality Spanish-to-English language programs that are public domain. The programs must be copyright-free. They must be designed so that the only object the user needs is a CD player or MP3 player. I would prefer the programs have printed materials that are optional. I intend to print these materials and sell them for a fee. I need a written comparison of the each of the three best programs, plus a list of the programs you find that are public domain but are of lower quality.

I am looking for this to be completed within 7 days. Payments will be made promptly via cash, check or Paypal. If additional research is needed, payments will be made on a weekly basis.
