Interview Transcription
I am writer beginning work on a massive book of forty author interviews. The interviews will range in length from 1.5 to 3 hours each. Because I am on a SEVERE budget I'm looking for bargain-basement work at a FLAT-RATE, no per-line, per-word, per-minute, or per-hour rates. Not trying to “low-ball” anyone, just a reality of this kind of project. I have NOT yet been paid for the book, so this is coming out of my own pocket for now. If it sells well, I’ll consider a partial royalty split with you to help make up the shortfall. So let’s discuss it.
THE PROJECT
The upside is, you'll be transcribing interviews with some of the most famous science fiction writers alive today. So if science fiction literature is of great interest to you, then you'll really enjoy this unique look into the great minds of the field discussing their lives and work.
Anyone willing to work with me will also be mentioned prominently in the book. The book is scheduled for publication as two volumes in 2009 and 2010, respectively.
