Virtual Executive Assistant
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to work for the Managing Partner of a boutique management consulting company in San Francisco. You need to be an excellent communicator and self motivated. Exceptional organizational skills with consistent follow-through, as well as attention to detail are essential. An ideal candidate would have a passion for service and self initiative for solving problems. You also must have a car (we reimburse for mileage).
Position Overview: The Executive Assistant is accountable for administrative and business development support and special project management for Pivot Point Managing Partner, Juli Betwee. This is an exciting contract opportunity for a professional and talented Executive Assistant with 2+ years experience.
Structure/Schedule The candidate must be willing to work virtually and meet weekly with the managing partner to plan/discuss projects. The candidate must be self motivated and capable of completing tasks with little supervision. Hours will fluctuate from 25 to 40+ hours a week depending on need. Hours can be flexible but assistant must be reachable by phone if needed during off hours.

Pivot.Point consults high growth companies in the Bay Area and runs peer advisory forums for CEO's of high-growth companies. Managing Partner, Juli Betwee also heads up local and national Women Presidents Organization groups.

Lead Qualification/Phone Interviews
Co-create and manage business development systems (lead generation, prospect tracking, pipeline management)
Office Administration
Document development and/or editing (letters, presentations, email, marketing collateral, etc.)
Information tracking, record keeping and file management (electronic and hard files)
Communications management (Scheduling and calendaring using Outlook, phone, PDA, internet)
Invoicing
Relationship Management (Business/Personal)

Required Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities:
Executive support experience – 2-5 years
Self-managing; must be able to set priorities and work independently
Ability to manage projects and end-to-end business development process
Tact and fearlessness in managing business leads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact with the C suite is a must
Advanced PC skills - MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
Excellent organizational skills, detail orientated, reliable with great follow-through
Experience with meeting planning and organization
Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to change
Passion for service and problem solving
