Real Estate Virtual Assistant

(Company) is looking for qualified candidates for the position of Real Estate Virtual Assistant.
As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant you will need to provide this client with the various skills:
1. Knows how to use Top Producer (www.topproducer.com)
2. Is experienced in Real Estate terminology and processes.
3. Needs to have Cold Calling Experience
4. Willing to work in the evenings on the west coast. (5-8 PM PST)
5. Will need to do some lead qualification via phone
6. Needs to have a RE License in the State of WA.
7. Will be working to have potential leads attend a mortgage/real estate conference to buy land and properties.
Job Stats:

Pay $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE.
Prerequisites:
 You must have the above skills/qualifications and;
 You must be registered as a contractor with (Company)
