Bookkeeper/Personal Admin Assistant

Bookkeeper and Personal Assistant to business owner and real estate investor.

Part-time (20-25 hours per week)
Flexible hours and potential to work from home after 2-3 month trial period.
Target start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping for several legal entities, on Quicken and Quickbooks. This is the foundation of the position.

In addition:
Maintain prioritized list of action items
Read and respond to e-mail
Document scanning, printing, copying and filing
Maintain calendar
Arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings
Arrange and coordinate travel, create and maintain itinerary
Telephone communications with vendors, suppliers, lenders, and business partners
Assistance with putting together promotional or sales leads materials as necessary
Accurate and timely handling of all details
Personal errands such as packing, going to the post office, getting office supplies, shopping, making telephone calls, placing orders, doing research.

Responsibilities may grow depending on skills, capabilities, and interests of the bookkeeper/assistant.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Complete and thorough knowledge of both Quicken and Quickbooks
A self-starter with excellent time-management, problem-solving and follow-through skills
Works well independently with minimal supervision
Good people skills. Strong written and oral communication skills
Organizational skills, with high attention to details and ability to multi-task
Maturity to handle confidential information
Collaborative, team player
Flexible, resourceful, creative and has efficient work habits;
Dependable and responsive
Knowledge of Quicken, Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, internet, and e-mail required.
Prior bookkeeping experience required
Prior personal / executive assistant experience a plus
Will require 2 professional references
