Virtual Customer Service
We're looking for a personable professional with a mind for business and an attitude for great customer service to work as a Virtual Customer Support Team Member.
Pay is $8.00 per hour to start and all possibilities for raises are based on performance. The first 90 days are a contracting period, but a full benefits package may be offered afterward. This is a full-time contract position with the opportunity to become a full-time employee with BENEFITS. Medical, dental, vision, vacation time…real benefits for real work.
We offer flexible scheduling, and we prefer someone who would like to spread out their working time – early birds, night owls and everything in between.
Our customers receive a 24-hour turnaround on all their emails or calls, so we also need coverage on WEEKENDS.
We are looking for full-time help and we stay in contact with all team members throughout the day; good communication is essential for our growth here as well as yours. Going the extra mile does not go unrewarded.
Tasks include:
• Customer service interaction via email, telephone, and live support from our website
• Administrative services such as: Updating spreadsheets, data entry, providing daily updates of activities, and attending weekly team calls
• Delivering a WOW customer experience for multiple product lines
What the job is NOT:
Sales-driven, cold-calling, or commission-based.
Part-time or limited to Monday through Friday.
What you need:
• A desire to interact with customers and provide quality service
• The ability to adapt to change and meet challenges
• Reliability, integrity and responsibility
• Math skills required
• Business skills preferred
• a high-speed Internet connection
• Minimum of 2 gigs RAM
• Windows XP
• Microsoft Office 2003 or higher (cannot start without this version)
• Highly Proficient in Excel
• MSN Messenger (to stay connected with teammates during the work day)
• Antivirus protection program
• Computer/Internet experience and skills
- Location: virtual - work from your home
- Compensation: $8 per hour to start
- Telecommuting is ok.
