There are many ideas of work at home jobs that you can enjoy and that are fun for you. Do you love walking? Do you love pets? Do you love to shop? Do you like to be outdoors? If you answered yes to all these questions, then you would like being a mystery shopper or a dog walker.
These are two very fun ideas to working from home that are easy to do anyway because these may be some things that you already enjoying doing. Let’s take a closer look at the two and you decide.
A Mystery Shopper is an individual who works for companies that pay to eat nice meals at fine restaurants and report on the customer service that was received before and during the meal. When you become a mystery shopper, you will be asked to visit restaurants, retail stores, garages, and small businesses to investigate the kind of service that they provide. You will receive specific instructions on exactly what to look for when you get to the place of business.
You cannot take notes in the shop, but you have to take mental notes of service, cleanliness and treatment. You then create a report of your evaluation afterwards and mail in your report along with your expenses and you will get paid from $5 to $45 for the hour or so spent in the store.
There are many companies online like sassy.com that offer legitimate mystery shopper positions. Be careful of some of the scams out there that ask you for money to receive this information. It is free online. Start with sassy.com by registering there and you will be put on their mailing list and sent jobs as they come up in your area.
A Dog walker is an individual who makes money by walking people’s dogs. These people may be busy business people who don’t have the time to do it themselves. If you happen to love pets and want to start a home business that you love, then this is the perfect homebased business for you. You will also benefit with some exercise because walking will do that to you. You must have knowledge of handling dogs. Take a dog obedience training class. You can also offer additional services like pet sitting. Make sure you set your hours around the client’s schedule.
You can charge anywhere from $20 - $25 per hour for your dog walking or pet sitting service. You can print flyers and hand them out in your local area to get started.
