Travel Writer

Are you a writer? Have you done a bit of traveling over the years? Have you taken a cruise or two, maybe? Well, you can write about it and get paid. There are many travel websites online that are looking for you specifically.

You can share your travel stories about the fun you had traveling, the places you visited and how you made the arrangements to get there. Even if you haven’t done any extensive travel, you can still become a travel writer.

Some companies will even send you to the places they want you to write about and pay your entire way. This can become a very profitable and fun job to do if you like traveling.

If your travel writing assignment requires Internet research, look at travel review websites or travel blogs to get some of the information about what people who have visited the place have to say about it.

Make your writing come alive as if you have been to the place. Let your readers feel like they want to go there. Captivate their attention by being very descriptive and enthusiastic in your writing.

Write in sequence so that the reader can know exactly how the trip began, how you or someone else experienced it and how it ended. Help them to see it from your perspective.

Pick a specific country or state to write about and search google or other search engines for travel blogs or other travel websites. Send an email to the owner with a sample of an article you have done about a specific country or state and let them know you would be interested in providing your services to them.

You would be surprised that people want to find writers like you, but just don’t know how. Write a travel report perhaps about how to survive in certain destinations. This would be the ideal promotional tool for your services.

You can create your own work at home job situation, by following those simple steps. Another quick suggestion is to write a travel article and submit it to different article submission websites and include your email contact so people can contact you for your services. Good luck
