Responsible for, handled, led, and other similar phrases lead the charge of monotony that quickly lands your resume on the “no pile.” But that doesn’t mean it has to continue. With bold, courageous, and brave words to use on your resume, you can add some zest and fervor that piques the interest of your potential employer.
