The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has only a 180-day window for you to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.workplacefairness.org\/pregnancy-discrimination\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">file a complaint or report<\/a>. State statutes also apply. If possible, enlist the help of an attorney who can help you file the correct forms and paperwork.
