The acceptance of remote work was a significant improvement for anyone with a disability \u2014 and their potential employers. These are a few reasons remote work is important for disability inclusion, but changes are still needed to accommodate all employees.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-remote-work-improves-disability-employment-options-\"><strong>Remote Work Improves Disability Employment Options<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Many people with disabilities find remote work a better option than traditional employment. They enjoy these significant benefits that make working full time and developing their careers easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:36px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-1-environmental-control-for-people-with-sensory-disabilities-\"><strong>1.
