One key change is the swap between customer service and management. In Q3, customer service ranked fifth, but in Q4, it dropped to sixth place while management moved up to fifth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another notable shift is the entry of education into the top 10 in Q4 at the eighth position, replacing account management, which was present in Q3 but dropped off in Q4. Meanwhile, financial, project management, and human resources remained steady.
