Job Summary

Leading the strategic design and management of 340B consulting services, the full-time remote 340B Program Director will ensure compliance with regulations, optimize pharmacy operations, and provide expert guidance to pharmacy staff while overseeing audits and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of the 340B Program, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Provide expert guidance to pharmacy teams on 340B operations, including purchasing and inventory management
• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and generate necessary reports for client review and regulatory adherence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or Healthcare
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with at least 4 years managing 340B Programs
• Hands-on experience in hospital or retail pharmacy settings with knowledge of 340B regulations and software integration
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite, along with familiarity in pharmacy dispensing and 340B software
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and clients
