Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group tutoring assistance to students, focusing on study skills and subject matter support
• Collaborate with faculty to develop academic support programming and conduct workshops
• Document student interactions and collect data for reporting on student outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Two years of experience in a student-facing role with direct support
• Ability to work with diverse learner profiles
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Master's degree and coaching certification preferred
