Accessibility Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accessibility Operations Manager to improve health outcomes through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track accessibility consulting and testing needs across multiple agile teams
- Coordinate with vendors and legal to manage accessibility audits and deliver VPATs
- Incorporate user feedback to enhance accessibility in design and operational processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of WCAG standards for web and mobile applications
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including IT, design, and legal
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and project management tools
- Experience with vendor management and creating team metrics
