Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies aligned with sales goals
- Design and implement multi-channel ABM campaigns targeting key decision-makers
- Collaborate with sales teams to create account-specific marketing plans and track campaign performance
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with 3-4 years focused on account-based marketing
- Experience with marketing tools such as Foundry, 6sense, or Demandbase
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools like Salesforce and Outreach
- Understanding of the HR technology industry landscape
