Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for the Customer Success Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Customer Success documents and participate in Client meetings
  • Maintain communication with Account Teams on deliverables' status and resolve Client inquiries
  • Support Account Management team with additional tasks and maintain knowledge of compliance requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • A minimum of 1+ years of professional work experience
  • Experience in Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, and/or Customer Service preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to establish priorities and objectives in a fast-paced environment
