Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for the Customer Success Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Customer Success documents and participate in Client meetings
- Maintain communication with Account Teams on deliverables' status and resolve Client inquiries
- Support Account Management team with additional tasks and maintain knowledge of compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- A minimum of 1+ years of professional work experience
- Experience in Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing, and/or Customer Service preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to establish priorities and objectives in a fast-paced environment
