Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Director in technical BPO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients
- Consult with clients on strategies and solutions for managed programs and BPO projects
- Serve as the primary communication channel between clients and the company
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in technology marketing or sales role
- Experience in project-based professional services selling solutions in BPO, compliance, and development
- Self-starter with a book of business or warm leads
- Bachelor's degree and graduate degree preferred
- Experience with Microsoft and Amazon in an agency environment is a plus
