Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer expansion efforts and build strong relationships with strategic clients
- Design and implement strategic account planning documents and processes
- Monitor performance metrics and provide detailed sales forecasts to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of market research experience with customer-facing interaction
- 5-10 years of account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Experience leading teams and planning procedures
- Ability to develop rapport with a range of customer profiles
