Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer expansion efforts and build strong relationships with strategic clients
  • Design and implement strategic account planning documents and processes
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide detailed sales forecasts to leadership

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of market research experience with customer-facing interaction
  • 5-10 years of account management experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Experience leading teams and planning procedures
  • Ability to develop rapport with a range of customer profiles
