Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Director to serve as the senior strategic lead for multi-project accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and drive organic growth within existing accounts
- Provide management support and oversight for account project leads, including delegation and performance reviews
- Oversee financial management, including budget reconciliations and project utilization analysis
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; CMPP or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of five years in medical communications; six to ten years preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior business development experience with demonstrated success
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
