Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director in Patient Advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client interactions, leading project management efforts and ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Lead and mentor a team, oversee financial planning and budget management, and drive business development efforts
  • Develop strategic recommendations, conduct account planning, and manage a portfolio of accounts worth $1.0 - $1.25 million annually

Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in patient advocacy and engagement within the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of biopharma, patient advocacy organizations, and healthcare agencies
  • Proven track record in successful project management in patient advocacy
  • Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior team members for professional development
