Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Enabler to support the Account Management team in enhancing client relationships and facilitating platform operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Account Managers in developing client relationships and facilitating onboarding processes
- Manage client data permissioning and collaborate with teams to gather necessary data
- Support reporting and analysis by leveraging Salesforce and monitoring client metrics
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in client communication or customer service
- Experience in handling data and reporting systems with precision
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Proactive approach to process ownership and improvement
- Interest in career progression into an Account Manager role
