Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first line of contact for customers
- Expanding ecosystem through prospecting and strategic outreach
- Providing ongoing support for existing customers and analyzing customer pipeline
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an account management role
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the data availability stack
- Experience with CRM and BI platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the Ethereum trust network and AltDA solutions
