Key Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling Rippling HR/Payroll software solutions to businesses
• Conduct product demonstrations and build strong relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven track record in software sales, preferably in HR technology or payroll
• Ability to sell at the C-Suite level and deliver compelling presentations
• Deep understanding of HR processes and payroll administration
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
