Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a mid-market absence and disability program, collaborating with brokers and insurance carriers
- Provide educational support and strategic guidance on leave administration and compliance
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplined internal service team to ensure client deliverables are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Eight (8) or more years of related work experience
- Valid insurance license with continuing education requirements
- Experience in absence, disability, and leave administration landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
