Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Account Management to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Account Management team to achieve expansion sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Utilize data analytics tools to track performance and optimize sales processes
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong background in customer engagement and relationship management
- Proficiency in using SFDC, Gong, and Outreach for data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a sales team effectively
- Experience in the SaaS industry or related software solutions is a plus
