Account Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager for Small Accounts (US).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction through proactive outreach and communication strategies
- Negotiate and close deals for renewal, expansion, and cross-sell products to meet revenue targets
- Utilize data insights to develop account plans and monitor account health for growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field
- 3 years of Account Management or Sales experience with a proven track record
- Experience with HMH products and services preferred
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Understanding of the K-12 education industry desired
