Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of current customers and drive growth of their solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a book of business, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales and growth quotas through relationship building and consultative selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and product implementation
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales in Healthcare SaaS
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating with senior decision-makers
- Knowledge of the healthcare or post-acute care industry is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software, especially Salesforce, is preferred
