Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of current customers and drive growth of their solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a book of business, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales and growth quotas through relationship building and consultative selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and product implementation

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales in Healthcare SaaS
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating with senior decision-makers
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or post-acute care industry is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM software, especially Salesforce, is preferred
