Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to drive customer expansion and maximize client value through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport and credibility with executives and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineers, and Product teams for continuous feedback and growth
- Develop targeted account growth plans to achieve measurable results
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Account Management experience in SaaS or the CX space
- Experience in selling within the Contact Center industry
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue growth goals in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Experience in solution selling, particularly to existing accounts
- Able to engage effectively with C-Level executives and adapt communication accordingly
