Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell FormAssembly instances, user licenses, and premium services to existing customers
  • Increase customer revenue and uncover executive-level initiatives to align with FormAssembly's value
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure positive customer experiences and generate upsell opportunities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer account management and full cycle sales experience
  • Experience managing a high volume of customer accounts
  • Consistent annual quota attainment of $500,000+ ARR
  • Experience selling to C-suite and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate with various internal teams
