Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to focus on expanding customer relationships within top verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell FormAssembly instances, user licenses, and premium services to existing customers
- Increase customer revenue and uncover executive-level initiatives to align with FormAssembly's value
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure positive customer experiences and generate upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer account management and full cycle sales experience
- Experience managing a high volume of customer accounts
- Consistent annual quota attainment of $500,000+ ARR
- Experience selling to C-suite and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with various internal teams
