Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager (Remote - US) to generate cross and upsell sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and retain clients by developing trusted relationships and identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Onboarding teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive engagement and managing contract and billing escalations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Account Manager, Client Success Manager)
- SaaS or eCommerce experience preferred, but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
