Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to drive retention and growth for enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts
  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and client support

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in an account management role
  • Proven history of over-achievement in account management and/or sales roles within the SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
