Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to drive retention and growth for enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and close expansion opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts
- Monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and client support
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an account management role
- Proven history of over-achievement in account management and/or sales roles within the SaaS industry
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
