Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Mid-Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow a book of business between $3M-$4M
- Lead and manage the renewal process for the client portfolio
- Track and monitor client metrics and cultivate relationships across all organizational levels
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in government and/or SaaS renewal management
- High performance in people and relationship management
- Experience with change management and implementing new solutions within large organizations
- Sales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales goals
