Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to support scholarly publishers with software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate software configuration changes and troubleshoot user issues
• Manage the setup process for new customer sites
• Act as a liaison between customers and the software development team

Required Qualifications

• Experience in managing multiple concurrent tasks independently
• Technical background preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, and SQL preferred
