Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to join their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance trust and loyalty among premium users by providing exclusive and recognized support
- Strengthen the emotional connection between the brand and customers through stimulating interaction
- Provide both reactive and proactive assistance, ensuring personalized communication with premium clients
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or Customer Success roles
- Proficient in English (B2+ level, both written and oral)
- Experience with CRM and Zendesk platforms
- Customer data analysis skills
- Empathy towards customer needs and concerns
