Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to join their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance trust and loyalty among premium users by providing exclusive and recognized support
  • Strengthen the emotional connection between the brand and customers through stimulating interaction
  • Provide both reactive and proactive assistance, ensuring personalized communication with premium clients

Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or Customer Success roles
  • Proficient in English (B2+ level, both written and oral)
  • Experience with CRM and Zendesk platforms
  • Customer data analysis skills
  • Empathy towards customer needs and concerns
