Job Summary

Partnering with tier-one clients, the full-time Account Manager will develop and execute Amazon and marketplace strategies while managing client relationships, driving marketplace strategy, and ensuring cross-functional project delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own client relationships end-to-end, serving as the primary contact for senior stakeholders and managing expectations
  • Drive marketplace strategy by developing annual brand strategies, marketing plans, and identifying new workstreams
  • Execute and manage cross-functional delivery by coordinating with media, retail, creative, and sales teams to ensure timely project completion
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital media, or marketplace marketing with hands-on Amazon expertise
  • Experience in an agency environment, ideally marketplace or eCommerce-focused, managing multiple client accounts
  • Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and translate strategy into measurable outcomes
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with comfort in data-driven environments
  • Highly organized and commercially sharp, capable of navigating ambiguity independently
