Job Summary
Owning and growing an assigned customer base, the full-time Account Manager will drive expansion annual recurring revenue (ARR) and net revenue retention (NRR) through structured selling and engagement strategies while managing high-volume accounts remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver expansion ARR and renewal outcomes within assigned accounts
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer value
- Lead renewal strategy and execution to ensure retention and pricing discipline
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management or expansion-focused sales roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage recurring revenue relationships
- Experience using CRM systems and structured sales methodologies
- Strong discovery and value articulation skills
- University degree preferred
