Job Summary

To support client success and account growth, the full-time remote Account Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams while reporting to the Director of Client Services.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build and cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships while managing client communication
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
  • Support financial oversight by identifying scope gaps and flagging proactively
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or a regulated industry
  • Proven track record of building and managing client relationships with successful marketing solutions
  • Strong understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory compliance in the U.S. and/or Canada
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, collaborative environment
